Emily Sandler, DVM attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate work in microbiology. She was accepted to the veterinary program at Colorado State University only three years into her undergraduate career.
Dr. Sandler graduated from Colorado State University in 2000 and then completed an internship in equine medicine and surgery at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital is known worldwide as a leader in equine healthcare, which provides expertise for their patients in a caring, professional, and ethical manner that creates value for their clients. In 2003, Dr. Sandler started Pacific Coast Equine Veterinary Services and has a particular interest in Performance Horse lameness and imaging. Currently, Emily lives in San Diego County, CA with her husband Jeremy and a variety of four-legged critters.
